The Department of Homeland Security is on the ground in Baton Rouge.
Twitter user @LucidHurrican_ posted a video of a stream of emergency vehicles with lights engaged.

The video shows 11 vehicles passing by — with the line stretching as far as the eye can see.
She noted some of the vehicles were marked “Homeland Security.”
Another video shows a caravan of 43 law enforcement vehicles traveling through Baton Rouge as protesters were chanting “no justice, no peace.”
