So were Bernie Sanders’ criticisms of Hillary Clinton during the primary campaign political then, or are his praises political now?

As Sanders endorses Clinton before a New Hampshire crowd today, Donald Trump is reminding voters about her former rival’s slams just a few weeks ago.

Bernie Sanders has totally sold out to Crooked Hillary Clinton. #CrookedHillary

“I don’t think you are qualified if you supported virtually every disastrous trade agreement, which has cost us millions of decent paying jobs,” he said at one appearance, doubting Clinton’s credentials for the nation’s highest office.

“I don’t know of any progressive who has a Super PAC and takes $15 million from Wall Street,” he said in another instance.

“I do question her judgement,” he declared during a debate. “I question a judgement which voted for a war in Iraq,” he said to wild cheers from the audience.

“I have shown a lot better judgement on foreign policy that she has,” he said during a CNN interview.

But today, Sanders offered nothing but praise for Clinton.

“I have come here to make it as clear as possible why I am endorsing Hillary Clinton and why she must become our next president,” Sanders said, according to CNN. “Secretary Clinton has won the Democratic nomination and I congratulate her for that.”

So was he telling us the truth then, or now? Or ever?
