Why does the mainstream media have such a hard time critically covering the Obama administration?
Maybe because they’re distracted by other things — like playing “Pokemon Go” during a press briefing.
A reported was busted Thursday playing the popular mobile phone game as a spokesman for the State Department was talking about ISIS.
State Department spokesman John Kirby was addressing the assembled reporters when he abruptly stopped and said, “You’re playing the Pokemon thing right there, aren’t you?”
“I’m just keeping an eye on it,” the reporter responded.
Kirby continued reading his prepared statement and after finishing, he looked back at the reporter and said, “Did you get one?”
“No,” the reporter responded, “the signal’s not very good.”
“I’m sorry about that,” Kirby said.
