Donald Trump called Hillary Clinton “the devil” while campaigning in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania today.
Discussing Bernie Sanders’s endorsement of Clinton, Trump said, “If he would have just not done anything – just go home, go to sleep, relax – he would have been a hero.
“But he made a deal with the devil. She’s the devil! He made a deal with the devil. It’s true.”
That reminds of the time Clinton was captured on camera appearing to have devil horns while campaigning in the Holy Ghost Cathedral in Detroit prior to the March Michigan primary.
Clinton was speaking to congregants about her faith and walking around the stage when it happened.
“What has always guided me and supported me has been my faith, has been my belief in the saving graces, and the salvation that faith brings,” Clinton said. “And in those difficult times in my life, I have often been struck by a particular passage from Scripture.”
She then went on to tell the story of the Prodigal Son, who returned home after disappointing his father, having “been out there having a pretty good time committing every sin that you could list.”
Before the Nevada primary, Clinton filmed a message to a voter’s father insisting she didn’t have “horns.”
The woman told Clinton her father was voting for Donald Trump.
“I’m here with your daughter. I hope you can see I don’t have horns,” Clinton said, scratching her head.
