The mainstream media supports Hillary Clinton and she knows it.

So while it’s widely understood that the mainstream media overwhelmingly tilts towards liberal politicians, the least Clinton could do is try to hide it.

A reporter from The Independent, a Nebraska newspaper, sought to obtain press credentials for Hillary’s Omaha event later today.

In response, Stephanie Romanski says she received a donation request instead.

“Tried to get press credentials for Hillary Clinton in Omaha,” Romanski tweeted, “but all we got in response was requests for donations.”

Is this a pay-to-play scheme? Did other media outlets get similar requests and if so, how did they respond?

Clinton is scheduled to appear in Omaha tonight, according to her campaign website. It’s being widely reported that she will be introduced by billionaire investor Warren Buffett.

She was introduced by another billionaire in Pittsburgh, Mark Cuban, on Saturday.
