A KFC employee is out of a job after he allegedly spit on a sheriff deputy’s order.
The Franklin County officer visited a Sullivan, Missouri KFC to order dinner at the drive-thru, KMOV reports.
The deputy says the restaurant’s back door was open and overheard the worker say, “Oh it’s a ****** cop. Someone let me know which order is his so I can spit in all of his food,” he posted on Facebook.

He wrote:
I pulled out of line and walked in and asked for a manager. The woman behind the counter said she was a manager. I advised her what the little smart *** said.
She walked in the back and asked him if he said that and I couldn’t hear what he said. She asked him, “what am I going to do with you?”
She then walked back up and the only thing she said was, “well he won’t make your food.”
No apology or recourse of any kind.
After the incident, KFC issued a statement saying:
“KFC’s policy is to treat everyone fairly, equally and with respect, and we do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. Upon learning of this incident, the franchisee who owns the restaurant conducted an immediate and thorough investigation, and the employee was terminated.”
Regardless of the action, the deputy vows never to eat at the restaurant again.
