Joe Biden just didn’t want to let go of Hillary Clinton today.
The Democratic nominee was waiting for him at the bottom of the stairs of his airplane on the tarmac at the Scranton, Pennsylvania and they two embraced after he descended.
After a few moments, she let go. He didn’t.
The vice president stood for over 14 seconds with his hands around Clinton’s torso.
She repeatedly patted him on the arms but he refused to let go.
