To paraphrase the old pirate saying, “Dead men tweet no selfies.”
That is, unless you’re staging a “die in” to protest a police shooting in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Charlotte Observer’s Ann Doss Helms tweeted a photo of dozens of individuals blocking a roadway on Thursday night to protest the death of Keith Lamont Scott.

But upon closer observation, it’s revealed the agitators can play dead for only so long.

Playing dead is not very exciting, after all.
The American Mirror counted no less than 24 activists using their phones during the “die-in” when the reporter’s photo was taken.
Here they are, marked with red dots:
“Die-in” … and they can’t put their damn phones down? Pfffft,” author Michelle Malkin noted.
