Hillary Clinton is so managed and scripted by her aides, an email chain released by Wikileaks reveals no fewer than eight people were involved in writing a single tweet, and that doesn’t include State Department employee(s) who “cleared” it.

Clinton’s campaign sought to issue a statement on March 4, 2015 saying Hillary wanted the State Department to release her emails for public review.

Philippe Reines emailed Clinton advisor Cheryl Mills, campaign chairman John Podesta, campaign manager Robby Mook, press aides Nick Merrill and Jennifer Palmieri and Heather Samuelson the proposed language of the “cleared” tweet:

“I want the public to see my email. I asked State to release them. They said whey (sic) will review them for release as soon as possible.”

“Nick, John, Cheryl & I just hung up, this is final & cleared with State. HRC approved,” Reines wrote.

“Nice work everyone,” he wrote to the group soon after.

The aides then exchanged a series of emails high-fiving about the number of retweets the original had.

“Good to know people go to bed with their Twitter decks,” Podesta wrote. “Sex must be obsolete.”
