The First Amendment can be a bitch — especially when it protects speech with which you may disagree.
Maybe that’s why singer Lady Gaga, who, like many Hillary Clinton supporters lashing out as the days count down to a Donald Trump presidency, is apparently blaming the First Amendment for their predicament.
I wish it was illegal to use any form of hate-speech when the final candidates are campaigning for presidency.

“I wish it was illegal to use any form of hate-speech when the final candidates are campaigning for presidency,” she tweeted Sunday night.
She didn’t explain what constitutes “hate speech” in her mind.
Why does a singer, who has made millions because of her talent and the First Amendment, want to restrict speech?
Her progressive pals have now lost power. Her Republican opponents now have the power to do what she wishes, but their definition of “hate speech” likely is different than hers.
Why does she want to give them that power? Why does anyone want to give any government that power?
Get over your election tantrum before it does long-term damage to our country, and importantly, our rights.
