“Raising doubts about legitimacy of election, even w/out overturning result, is part of Clinton’s plans to keep her options open for 2020,” Fournier tweeted.
When challenged on his theory, he responded that “sources close to her” told him as such, and he doubled down, “You read it here first.”

Clinton has had a series of low-key appearances in public that have been chronicled and shared by supporters in a Chappaqua woods, a Rhode Island book store and most recently, during a Thanksgiving Eve shopping trip.
