So-called ‘environmentalists’ left behind mountains of trash after protesting against the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline, so much trash that it cost taxpayers $1.1 million to clean up the disgusting mess, Fox & Friends reported on Tuesday.

That’s over five times the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe’s estimate of $200,000 to $250,000 in cleanup expenses that KFYR reported in early February.
It took thousands of trucks filled with litter in order to clean the massive amount of junk over the last several weeks. “Environmentalists” set tents on fire and abandoned dogs, leaving them to get frost bite.
Some 835 trash bins were filed and hauled away, according to KFYR.
This was the scene as crews initially arrived on site:
At one point, cleanup crews were searching the refuse for dead bodies and discarded pets left behind by the “environmentalists.”
This is just one more example of the blatant hypocrisy of the left. These people clearly do not care about the environment, and they should stop pretending like they do.
