As U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov were convening a high stakes meeting in Moscow today, NBC News journalist Andrea Mitchell began shouting questions.

“Mr. Secretary, the Russians don’t believe your intelligence,” Mitchell shouted.
In English, Lavrov interrupted and ridiculed Mitchell, saying, “Who was bringing you up?” as Tillerson smirked.
“Who was giving you your manners?” he asked.
Mitchell, for once, was silenced.
