The Democrat narrative during the campaign that Donald Trump was going to weaken America’s standing in the world was further disproven on Monday when the prime minister of India moved in to give the president a hug at the end of their joint press conference.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Trump concluded the joint appearance when the two went to shake hands at the middle of the stage.
As the two shook hands, Modi embraced Trump.

Modi then held Trump’s hand for several moments after the hug.
What does is say about Democrats when they’re likely secretly disappointed and would prefer foreign leaders to despise Trump?
