President Donald Trump addressed scores of police officers at Suffolk Community College Friday, but he directed his strongest comments to the infamous MS-13 gangbangers terrorizing the country.

“I have a simple message for every gang member and criminal alien that are threatening so violently our people: We will find you. We will arrest you. We will jail you. And we will deport you,” Trump said to a roaring applause.

Trump’s speech focused in on the transnational gang, which is linked to numerous high-profile killings on Long Island, as the product of the lax immigration policies under the Obama administration that’s lead to the slaughter of 17 people on Long Island at the hands of MS-13 members.

The MS-13 “animals,” Trump said, “have transformed peaceful parks and beautiful, quiet neighborhoods into bloodstained killing fields” and vowed to honor his campaign promises to take action to stop them.

“You say what happened to the old days where people came into this country, they worked and they worked and they worked and they had families and they paid taxes and they did all sorts of things, and their families got stronger And they were closely knit,” Trump said. “Failure to enforce our immigration laws had predictable results. Drugs, gangs and violence.”

Trump assured America “your Second Amendment is safe” and vowed to leverage the “power of economics” to convince countries to take back illegal immigrant criminals.

In the last six weeks, Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers and their partners arrested 1,400 illegal immigrant criminals, and seized 200 illegal firearms and 600 pounds of illegal narcotics, Fox News reports.

“ICE officers recently conducted the largest crackdown on criminal gangs of our country,” Trump said, adding that he plans to hire 10,000 more ICE agents and scores more immigration judges to facilitate their exit.

“When you see these thugs being thrown into the back of a paddy wagon, you just see them thrown in, rough, I said, please don’t be too nice,” the president said. “Like when you guys put somebody in the car and you’re protecting their head, you know, the way you put their hand over. Like, don’t hit their head and they’ve just killed somebody. Don’t hit their head. I said, you can take the hand away, okay?”

Overall arrests of illegal immigrants has steadily increased under trump, with a total of 13,914 arrests in June alone. That figure averaged 9,134 during the last three months of Obama’s presidency, USAToday reports.

The increase, however, has caused a backlog of about 610,000 cases pending deportation through June and a decrease in deportations to 16,895 per month this spring because of gridlock in federal immigration courts.

“Attorney General Jeff Sessions has dispatched 25 more immigration judges to detention centers along the southwest border with Mexico and wants to add more,” USAToday reports. “The Justice Department’s goal is to hire 50 immigration judges this year and 75 in the following year.”

Trump also discussed his promised border wall with Mexico to stem illegal immigration, human trafficking, and drug smuggling.

Trump said $1.6 billion has already been approved for phase one.

“We’re going to secure our border against illegal entry and we will build the wall,” Trump said, describing the project as “a vital tool for ending the humanitarian crisis.”

The president closed his remarks with gratitude for the law enforcement officers working to keep Americans safe.

“We will defend our country, protect our communities and put the safety of the American people first,” Trump said. “It’s called America First. … It’s called Make America Great Again. Have you heard that expression?”

“You are really special, special Americans, and thank you in particular to the great police, sheriffs, & ICE officers,” he said. “You do a spectacular job, the country loves you and the country respects you.”
