Even the Church of Satan doesn’t want to be associated with Hillary Clinton.

When news circulated that Clinton once thought “all the time” about being an ordained minister, jokes appeared about her religion.

“I thought that she was already running the Church of Satan,” one Twitter user wrote, which prompted a response from the Satanists.

“No, she’s a Methodist. Take it up with them,” the Church wrote.

In an interview with The Atlantic, Clinton claimed she once thought “all the time” about becoming an ordained minister.

The magazine reports:

Hillary Clinton wants to preach. That’s what she told Bill Shillady, her longtime pastor, at a recent photo shoot for his new book about the daily devotionals he sent her during the 2016 campaign. Scattered bits of reporting suggest that ministry has always been a secret dream of the two-time presidential candidate: Last fall, the former Newsweek editor Kenneth Woodward revealed that Clinton told him in 1994 that she thought “all the time” about becoming an ordained Methodist minister.

She asked him not to write about it, though: “It will make me seem much too pious.” The incident perfectly captures Clinton’s long campaign to modulate—and sometimes obscure—expressions of her faith.

Clinton would practice her preaching on the campaign trail — but only to woo black audiences.

During the primaries, Hillary appeared at the 31st Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards, where she laid the routine on thick.

“We all face troubles don’t we,” she told the audience. “And it’s easy to get discouraged. And then all of a sudden maybe you hear a song in church, you hear it on the radio, maybe a friend is singing it,” she said, before reciting a portion of “His Eye Is On The Sparrow.”

“I sing because I’m happy, I sing because I’m free,” she said to shouts and cheers. “His eye is on the sparrow, and I know he’s watching me.

“And all of a sudden those clouds lift and you know you can go on again. So I know this is not just about music. It truly is about the message. It’s about the Gospel and all that it means to so many of us.

“So I want to thank you. I wish all of you well — not just in these awards but in every day, in every way,” she said, channeling a song writer.

“And I am grateful that you are in our lives. A lot of people need to hear that message and you are helping to deliver it.”

In 2008, Clinton was caught nakedly pandering to a black audience when she employed a drawl in Selma, Alabama.

“I don’t feel no ways tired,” she said.

“I come too far from where I started from. Nobody told me that the road would be easy. I don’t believe He brought me this far to leave me,” she said to wild applause.
