Did the Clinton News Network really shut down the internet livestream of President Trump’s speech to the Republican National Committee tonight?
As the president was addressing the fundraising dinner in Washington, D.C., the camera suddenly zoomed out as a voice could be heard saying “shut it down, shut it down.”
The president only spoke for about 4 minutes before the incident happened.
The screen faded to black, but the Washington Post watermark was still on the screen.
After several moments of silence, test bars appeared with a tone, reading, “CNN DC4 Ka/KulP.”
The president’s remarks did not resume on the Post’s YouTube feed.
Twitter users complained about the outage.
