Philippe Reines, a former top aide to Hillary Clinton, is apparently still very angry about the outcome of the 2016 presidential election.

After a segment on Fox Business with host Trish Regan on Tuesday, Reines was seen walking around Fox’s headquarters without pants and yelling at Trump Advisory Board member Harlan Hill.

Hill took a picture of Reines wearing a blazer, white button down shirt, and a tie. But instead of dress pants, he appeared to be wearing boxers or shorts.

Hill also said Reines insulted him after a heated debate on the show.

“Debated @HillaryClinton’s former senior advisor @PhilippeReines tonight. 1) Afterwards he came at me screaming like a maniac (I thought he was going cry). 2) He told me to ‘clean the pubic hair off my face.’ Whatever that means? 3) Best part, he had no pants on,” Hill wrote.

Earlier on Tuesday, Reines took a screenshot of a tweet from First Daughter Ivanka Trump and highlighted part of her tweet that said, “When you incarcerate a woman you incarcerate her entire family.”

The former Clinton aide wrote in a tweet, “that’s the plan.”

Without providing any evidence of a crime or wrongdoing, Reines was arguing that he wants Ivanka and her entire family thrown in jail.

Reines has a long history of making highly controversial comments about President Donald Trump, his family, and those who support the president.

Earlier this month, Reines said Juanita Broaddrick is “full of sh*t” when asked about her rape allegations against former President Bill Clinton.

Reines shot down reports that Democrats have largely refused to condemn the former president for his past behavior and being accused by numerous women of sexual abuse, and claimed Bill Clinton paid a heavy price for his actions.

“Juanita Broaddrick is full of sh*t,” Reines said when asked about Broaddrick’s allegations never being investigated.

Broaddrick said she was 35-years-old when Clinton, who served as the Arkansas attorney general at the time, raped her at a hotel room in 1978. She said former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton tried to silence her.

The former president was impeached in the U.S. House of Representatives in December 1998 on charges of obstruction of justice and perjury after he lied about his affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

Several other women have levied similar accusations against the former president, yet Reines apparently thinks no one them deserve to be heard.

In July, the Clinton confidant gathered roughly 600 people to protest outside of the White House with whistles and air horns to keep the Trumps awake all night.

Reines and his mob of liberals were banging pots and pans, blasting air horns, and blowing on whistles.

The top Clinton ally also attacked Donald Trump Jr. and his wife, Vanessa Trump, after it was reported over the summer that they were getting divorced.
