When they go low, stoop even lower.

That’s apparently the new motto of former First Lady Michelle Obama, who spent much of her interview Tuesday on NBC’s “The Tonight Show” taking digs at the Trumps.

While promoting her new book Becoming, the former first lady made numerous snide comments about President Donald Trump’s inauguration and insulted the gift that Melania gave to her at the White House.

After fawning over the former first lady and laughing at everything she said, host Jimmy Fallon held up pictures of the Obamas boarding Air Force One to leave the White House on Jan. 20, 2017.

“This is you. This is after the Trump inauguration just waving from Air Force One,” Fallon said.

Fallon then showed the audience an image of the Trumps greeting the Obamas outside the White House and asked what she was thinking at the time.

“Can you just walk me through what—” Fallon began before being interrupted by Michelle.

“Bye, Felicia,” she said, puckering her lips and laughing with the crowd.

Insulting the first lady of the United States is now hilarious and common among liberals.

The phrase “Bye, Felicia” means to dismiss someone, sort of like a sarcastic way of telling someone to “go away.”

Michelle then rudely scoffed when asked about the gift Melania gave her at the White House, which was a picture frame wrapped in a blue Tiffany’s box.

“And then there was the Tiffany’s box. It was just all, you know — a lot,” she said, making it clear she didn’t care at all about the gift or kind gesture.

Obama’s jab received a smattering of laughs from the New York audience.

Michelle was caught by cameras that day appearing completely unhappy while she handed the gift to armed serviceman outside the building.

She was looking around puzzled and acting as if she had no idea why the Trumps would offer a kind gesture to them.

It turns out Obama did the same thing in 2009.

Hanna Bogorowski points out on Twitter that Michelle brought a gift in a white box for the Bushes, breaking the same “protocol” for which she derided Melania Trump.
