An enraged Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez spoke to members of the media from her vehicle today, accusing Customs and Border Protection agents of abuse.

“There’s abuse in this facility,” she declared outside the center in Clint, Texas. “This was them on their best behavior and they put them in a room with no running water and these women were being told by CBP officers to drink out of the toilet.
“They were drinking water out of the toilet. And that was them knowing a Congressional visit was coming. This was CBP on their best behavior telling people to drink out of the toilet!” she huffed before rolling up her car window.
As a reporter asked, “Did you see somebody actually do that?” Ocasio-Cortez waved and was whisked away.
She didn’t answer.
DC Examiner reporter Anna Giaritelli says Ocasio-Cortez “screamed at federal law enforcement agents ‘in a threatening manner'” during the visit.

Giaritelli adds Ocasio-Cortez “refused to tour the facility”.

Ocasio-Cortez engaged in a stare-down with Trump supporters who were protesting outside the building.
Clint was her second stop.
Ocasio-Cortez during her first visit, CBP agents were “so physically and sexually threatening towards me.”
Just left the 1st CBP facility.
I see why CBP officers were being so physically &sexually threatening towards me.
Officers were keeping women in cells w/ no water & had told them to drink out of the toilets.
This was them on their GOOD behavior in front of members of Congress.

She also accused federal agents of “psychological warfare”:
After I forced myself into a cell w/ women&began speaking to them, one of them described their treatment at the hands of officers as “psychological warfare” – waking them at odd hours for no reason, calling them wh*res, etc.
Tell me what about that is due to a “lack of funding?”
