House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and members of the Congressional Black Caucus visited Ghana this week to atone for America’s sin of slavery.
But it wasn’t all glum — they just had to dance!
Pelosi and members of Congress joined the Winneba Youth Choir, and Pelosi got down.

Georgia Rep. Hank Johnson could contain his excitement. He could be seen twirling with his hands in the air.
Other members of the delegation, including Frederica Wilson, struggled to clap with the beat.
It wasn’t Pelosi’s only moment of dance.
The Speaker and delegation visited a castle where slaves where housed before the journey across the Atlantic Ocean to America, and Pelosi stopped to dance with a girl:
Pelosi also spoke to Ghana’s parliament, where she lamented America’s role in the slave trade.
