Did Joe Biden incorrectly state his alma mater on Saturday?
The self-declared Democrat frontrunner was speaking to an audience at Wilson High School in Florence, South Carolina, and said he “got started” at Delaware State, a historically black school.
Joe Biden went to the University of Delaware, not the HBCU Delaware State.

“I got started at an HBCU, Delaware State,” he told the crowd.
But according to the candidate’s website, he went to the University of Delaware:
Joe enrolls at the University of Delaware, where he double majors in history and political science. He goes on to Syracuse University, where he earns his law degree.
No activity at Delaware State is listed on his website.
