House Democrats were attempting to be very serious today by advancing the impeachment of President Trump, but at least one representative wasn’t going to let Halloween pass her by.

California Democrat Rep. Katie Porter was seen roaming the halls of the Capitol today dressed as Batman:

LA Times reporter Sarah Wire claims Porter “changed her clothes before voting.”

Porter joined other Democrats in approving the rules for an impeachment inquiry against Trump. Two Democrats voted with Republicans in opposing the measure.
