Warren entered and shook Biden’s hand, and Sanders appeared to be preparing to shake a hand to his left, but there was no one there.
He finally awkwardly shook Warren’s extended hand.
The moment came after the two traded jabs this week over a claim that Sanders privately told Warren a woman couldn’t be elected president, a smear he denied.
At the conclusion of the debate, Warren refused to shake Sanders’s hand.

Sanders stuck out his hand, and Warren didn’t oblige. The two appeared to have an icy conversation, and Sanders walked away.
