President Trump told a reporter in Davos, Switzerland today that he would be open to attending his impeachment trial in the U.S. Senate.
In what would undoubtedly be a major made-for-TV moment, Trump toyed with the idea and said the reporter may convince to just do it.
“I’d love to go… and stare in their corrupt faces”

“I’d love to go. Would that be great? Would that be beautiful?” he said.
“Why don’t you go?” the reporter quizzed.
“I don’t know, I’d sort of love to sit right in the front row and stare in their corrupt faces. I’d love to do it.”
“Why don’t you?” she asked again.
“I don’t know. Don’t keep talking because I may— you may convince me to do it.
Trump went on to blast House intel chairman Adam Schiff.
“He’ll stand, he’ll look at a microphone and he’ll talk like he’s so aggrieved,” he said, adding that Schiff is a “major sleaze bag.”
