Things are getting tense in the U.S. Senate.

Democrats held a press conference today, and after Kamala Harris stepped back from the podium, she toyed with Sen. Sherrod Brown’s lapel, drawing a public scolding from Minority Leader Chuck Schumer.

Schumer was fielding a reporter’s question, when he put his hand up to Harris, triggering a shocked look on her face.

After decorum was restored, the reporter restated her question.

Brown seemed unfazed by Schumer’s parent-like admonishment.
