Moments later, Pelosi refused to applaud for record low unemployment rates for black, Hispanic and female Americans:
"Unemployment rate for African Americans, Hispanic Americans & Asian Americans reached lowest levels in history… Unemployment rate for women lowest level in almost 70 yrs. Last year women filled 72% of all new jobs added." – @realDonaldTrump

“Unemployment rate for African Americans, Hispanic Americans & Asian Americans reached lowest levels in history,” Trump said as Republicans clapped but Pelosi sat glumly.
“Unemployment rate for women lowest level in almost 70 yrs. Last year women filled 72% of all new jobs added,” he said as the Speaker was mute.
At the conclusion of Trump’s speech, Pelosi tore the papers in half.
