Joe Biden wants us to believe he has all the answers to combat the coronavirus outbreak, but he can’t even follow CDC guidelines.

During an appearance on CNN, Biden coughed into his hand:

“You know, you’re supposed to cough into your elbow,” host Jake Tapper said, holding up his arm.

“I don’t know, sir. I learned that, actually, covering your White House.”

“No, actually that’s true, but fortunately I’m alone in my home but that’s okay,” Biden said, a seemingly dubious response since there was undoubtedly a television crew present since he was on TV at the moment.

Tapper said it was “old school” to do it into one’s hand.

“Do it into your elbow,” Tapper lectured, prompting a laugh from Biden.
