House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s people don’t have time to deal with Green New Deal protestors and climate crusaders with the Sunrise Movement.

Armed with fanny packs, yellow posters, special t-shirts and bright bandannas, dozens of college kids descended on Pelosi’s San Francisco office to offer her a piece of their mind.

They didn’t even make it into the lobby. Instead, they posted a video of their failure on YouTube.

“The Bay area Sunrise Movement tried to meet with Speaker Nancy Pelosi asking for her leadership for a public housing Green New Deal that would upgrade and decarbonize 1.2 million federally owned homes while improving health, cutting emissions, and creating thousands of jobs,” the video caption read as footage showed the large group of young agitators meeting with security inside the federal building.

“We asked Pelosi to lead this fight but she refused.”

Many of the protestors donned shirts with different Sunrise slogans, including “Green New Deal,” “We have a right to good jobs and a livable future,” and “Housing, Jobs, Justice.”

Security at the building, unfortunately, would not allow the protestors inside.

“We are trying to meet with Nancy Pelosi,” one woman told the guards. “We don’t have a right to a clean future? We’re trying to talk to her on behalf of our generation.

“Please let us speak with her or her staff,” she pleaded as the security officers used batons to push the crowd back out the front doors.

“Lock the doors!”

Moments later a black officer with a booming voice barked instructions that convinced the group he wasn’t messing around.

“Back up! Do it now!” he yelled as another offer used a baton to force the malcontents out of the building. “Back up! Do it now!”

Once locked outside, the climate crusaders vowed they “won’t be stopped.”

“What do we want?” one of the agitators questioned, pacing in front of a giant banner that read: “Pelosi, Back the GND for public housing.”

“Green New Deal!” the group yelled.

“What do we want it?” the call-and-response chant continued.

“Now!” the crowd yelled.

“When do we want it?”

“Now!”

“When do we want it?”

“Now!”

“Whoooooo!”
